Quotations Administrator

Job Objectives and responsibilities Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning projects and expediting work results.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Organizing and managing data and information.
Assistant administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
This includes maintaining job records, updating organizational charts, managing filing systems, and ensuring compliance with recordkeeping policies and regulations.
They may assist in project management by coordinating project-related activities, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
They may also collaborate with team members and assist in preparing project-related reports and documentation.
Assistant administrators often serve as a point of contact between internal staff, and individuals outside the Quote Department.
They may interact with vendors, partners, and customers, handle inquiries and requests, and build and maintain positive relationships.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Proficiency in using common office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, and SharePoint applications.
