Senior Financial Analyst
Plant Financial Analyst responsible for integrity of plant financials along with daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting to Plant Controller. Perform cost and performance analysis, maintain standards, manage plant inventory accounting, and work with cross functional teams to improve the performance of the plant. Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
o Maintain financial controls and ensure integrity in reporting. o Provide financial analysis and explanation/financial training, etc. to plant personnel. o Establish trusting working relationships (team player); involved in and understands other functional areas and their impact on financial results, especially production processes. o Prepare daily Profit and Loss and financial related metric analysis. o Participate in daily KPI process o Prepare journal entries ensuring integrity and timely close of plant month end financials. o Manage inventory accounting for the plant. o Participate in plant bi-annual financial planning process and prepare Business Planning forms as required in a timely and accurate manner. o Participate in annual re-cost process planning, coordination, and implementation. o Part of cross functional teams working to improve plant performance as required. o Conduct financial and some other functional J-SOX (Japanese SOX) related activities. o Support external audits. o Other financial analysis and activities as assigned. Responsibilities:
o This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. o This position may require active participation and/or leadership of cross functional project teams. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Strong sense of ethics and ability to raise issues / concerns in a professional manner and work through difficult topics across functions. o Significant financial / accounting experience focusing on analytical activities (financial analysis, planning etc.). o Experience in a manufacturing company strongly preferred with knowledge of standard costing practices and inventory management. o Solid communication skills. o Strong Microsoft Office skills required. o Experience in fully integrated ERP system is strongly preferred. Education and
Experience:
o Bachelors in Accounting required. o CPA / CMA strongly preferred. o 5 years experience in accounting. CPA experience and/or finance/accounting in manufacturing. Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
